 TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• *Hair trials are a 'trial' to give you an indication of how your style will look on your wedding day, to see if it works with your face shape and if it is what you want in a bridal style for your wedding day. Discussion and consultation with the hairdresser is essential to determine the look you want for your wedding day. Not as much product / spray is used at hair trials so will not necessarily last throughout the day.  Extra charges will apply if the trial is to be a lasting style for eg. hen's night, photo-shoot etc

• A Sunday fee and travel fee (depending on location) may apply
• An early start fee will apply if starting before 8.00am.
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• A booking deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Deposit and bookings held according to terms of quote provided.
• Wedding dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.  Please keep this in mind if you book a trial before deposit.  If this is the case we recommend booking a triap asap.
• Final Payments are due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
• Bridal party hair and makeup numbers must be finalised 8 weeks before your wedding day. 
• If hair lengths or styles change as to what is discussed at trial or on the original contact form/quote/invoice, the hairdresser/makeup artist may collect further monies / appropriate price.  
• Hair pricing is based on hair lengths mentioned via email or via phone contact and quoted according to that originally stated. If hair lengths are longer than that originally stated by you, pricing will change according to the correct and current length and a new quote generated.
• Quotes for hair and makeup are generated according to the number for hair and makeup specified at time of booking. Reductions in number for hair and makeup will affect our agreement.
• After finalising numbers for wedding day (8 week period leading up to your wedding), the invoice total is the final balance and any reductions in hair and makeup numbers after the 8 weeks will not affect the balance.
• Allowances cannot be made for bridal party members booked for hair and makeup and unable to attend on the day (eg due to interstate COVID LOCKDOWN or any other unforeseeable situation).  It will be necessary to pay the amount on the invoice regardless and we recommend a relative or guest taking the place of the absent attendee.
• Payments made for hair and makeup and cancelled due to covid related incidences are non-refundable.
• Deposits are not refundable and are taken to secure your wedding day and therefore your wedding day is held for you for the length of time from when the deposit/payment is received until the time of your wedding day. If you choose to cancel or postpone or for some other reason you no longer require our services, your deposit or any amounts paid are not refundable and is held for admin fees, booking our services and/or Hot Brushes not taking any other bookings for that period of time.  If you make any further payments above the agreed deposit amount this is at your discretion and if you cancel your booking within 2 years from the date of your wedding then all monies paid are non-refundable.  Along with the Deposit Fee, a Cancellation fee of not less than 65% of the total balance is owing (75% + deposit amount). All postponements of bookings to a new date where Hot Brushes is unavailable, already booked or not able to book the new date, will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
• If for any reason you postpone your wedding to a future date, our cancellation policy regarding deposits will apply ie because your date has been held for you for a period of time etc, consequently deposits will not be transferred to the new date and a deposit to secure the new date will be necessary.
